The three things that turn a project into an offer
Building something is necessary but not sufficient. The last stretch of every track is about being able to defend it under questioning.
Project reviews
A mentor reads your code, not just your output. You are asked why you structured it that way, what happens when the input is malformed, and what you would change with more time.
Portfolio defence
Each capstone is written up as a repository a stranger can navigate — README, architecture notes, setup steps — then presented as a timed walkthrough.
Mock interviews
